Guest parking is located on 5th, 6th & Elm Street ( Note: 10/10/2025 - City is paving the streets) Our Client and Staff parking is located in the Rear (643 Railroad Avenue), and Vendor loading/unloading is available on both sides of the building in Loading/Unloading zones.

Chef’s gourmet kitchen + prep area. Our venue features a beautiful chef’s kitchen and butler's pantry, designed for staging and service. All food must be provided by licensed caterers. Outside Caterers are welcome to use the kitchen for plating and service support. However, Our venue does have an executive chef.

Bar setup is available for clients on a BYOB, but requires TABC Bartender and Security when alcohol is present.

Seated (Banquet/ Round Tables (6-8 per table): 8 - 11 sq. ft. per guest
👉 Up to 49 guests comfortably indoors (as of 10/10/2025 - Permit currently - NEW CODE upgrades will be required to allow up to 75. We will pivot and get it done in 30 days.
👉 Additional seating can be provided using both outdoor patios up to 100 guests comfortably (weather permitting). October 2025, has been a beautiful month.

Standing / Cocktail-Style Reception: (pre-wedding, lounge): 6-8 sq. ft. per guest

The Ranch Room (Groom’s Lounge) – starting at $200
A Texas-style groom’s lounge with casual seating, a dressing area, and space to unwind with groomsmen before the ceremony.
Honeymoon Upgrade (After Reception) – starting at $350
A romantic upgrade for the newlyweds to enjoy private suite access after the reception, complete with a bottle of champagne, late-night snacks, and cozy décor touches.
