Lone Star on Elm is located just 20 minutes from Corpus Christi — proudly hosting celebrations throughout the Great State of Texas.

Our historic 3,200 sq ft venue (built in 1938) offers a warm and versatile setting for weddings, parties, and private events. The indoor event hall (2,650 sq ft) comfortably accommodates up to 60 guests* with additional gathering spaces including:

  • Front outdoor deck + brick-laid patio: up to 120 guests*

  • Rear open-air patio enclosure: up to 40 guests*

With tables, chairs, décor options, and flexible layouts included, the property can welcome up to 220 guests total when utilizing indoor + outdoor spaces (weather permitting).

⏰ Additional Time

  • Weekdays/Sundays: +$125 per hour

  • Premium Dates: +$150 per hour

Additional hours must be booked in advance and are subject to staffing + availability.

Required Terms:

 

Damage Deposit

A $500 refundable damage deposit is required at booking and returned within 14 days, pending inspection.

 

Cleaning Guidelines

Basic cleaning is included when:
✔ Trash is consolidated
✔ Tables are cleared
✔ Décor is removed
✔ Venue is left broom-swept

Additional fees may apply for:
• Glitter/confetti
• Major spills or stains
• Biohazard cleanup

💲 Weekday Savings

A 10% discount applies:
✔ Monday–Thursday events ONLY

Not valid on:
✘ Friday–Sunday
✘ Holidays or premium weekends
✘ Previously discounted packages

🛡 Event Insurance

Event liability insurance is recommended and may be required for certain event types.

👥 Capacity

  • Indoors: up to 60 guests

  • Outdoor patios: additional capacity available
    (up to 220 total guests weather permitting)

For 61–220 guests, a site tour + custom quote are required to ensure proper logistics, staffing, and guest comfort.

High-demand weekends and major holidays are subject to premium pricing.

The Anniversary Party at The Upper Deck Bar And Grill was exquisitely executed by your unique and attention clever details! We thoroughly enjoyed our mingling amongst many dear friends and acquaintances along the various scattered circus themed sites as we settled in to the final extreme ice sculpture room which included delicious cocktails, food and scrumptious popcorn and candies, my favorites! The night ended with karaoke and Ms. Ginny singing her heart out, how appropriate, as she has definitely stuck her heart into the Upper Deck, and it was obvious to me that Your Unique business stuck their hearts into this Anniversary as well!!
