We come to your location to design and plan your event.
Service Description
This service is for events taking place at private property, outdoor sites, ranches, parks, beaches, or any location not already within our partner venue network. We will visit your event site to evaluate layout, terrain, power needs, tent placement, guest flow, décor possibilities, and logistics. This allows us to create an accurate design plan and quote for your event. This consultation is required for: • Outdoor pop-up venues • Private homes or estates • Ranch, farm, or beach events • Custom or non-partner locations The consultation fee is credited toward your event when you book a package.
Cancellation Policy
On-Site Event Consultation Policy This policy applies to paid consultations only. Full payment is required at booking. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours for paid consultations will forfeit the consultation fee. Venue tours are complimentary and not subject to cancellation fees. The consultation fee is credited toward your event when you book. Event dates, venues, and pricing are not reserved until a contract and retainer are completed.
