There’s something special about a Texas evening—the open air, country music, good food, great company, and a sky that seems to stretch forever.
On Saturday, September 19, 2026, Lone Star Events is bringing all of those things together for Texas Under the Stars, an elevated Texas ranch experience at The Weg Ranch in Sinton, Texas.
This isn't simply dinner and a show. We’re creating an entire evening designed around the sights, sounds, flavors and hospitality of Texas.
A Taste of Texas
Come hungry!
Guests will enjoy a Texas Smokehouse Dinner by Howard's BBQ & Catering, bringing the flavors of a true South Texas gathering to the evening.
A hosted bar will also be available, along with our special Whiskey & Bourbon Experience for guests who want to explore another classic taste of Texas.
Live Country Music & Dancing
Once dinner is underway, it’s time for the music.
We’re excited to welcome the Texas Eagle Dirt Band to Texas Under the Stars for an evening of live country music.
The ranch features a dedicated dance floor, so don't plan on spending the entire night sitting at your table. Grab your partner, your friends—or somebody you just met—and get out there and dance!
More Than a Concert
One of our goals with Texas Under the Stars was to create an experience guests could explore throughout the evening.
That means you'll find more than music and dinner.
Relax around the Fire Pit Lounge, capture the night with our 360° Photo Experience, enjoy a drink, dance, mingle with friends, and experience the relaxed atmosphere of a genuine South Texas ranch setting.
And yes, we're expecting plenty of photos!

VIP availability is intentionally limited, so we recommend reserving early if that's how you'd like to experience the night.
